Rare “Wizard of Oz” artifacts acquired by Library of Congress

It was 86 years ago today that Americans first went off to see “The Wizard of Oz.” The Library of Congress marked the anniversary by announcing it has acquired rare artifacts from the film, including an early draft of “Over the Rainbow.”
