A popular Peacock TV show is coming back for a second season, bringing back another show that had a strong debut over the summer.
What Peacock show is coming back for a Season 2?
Nelly and Ashanti: We Belong Together, the reality series that chronicles the rekindled romance between musicians Nelly and Ashanti, is back for a Season 2. The series debuted in 2025, and chronicled the pair navigating their careers and becoming parents following a 10-year breakup.
Currently, no official, specific release information has been made available as of yet. Peacock notes the project is set to begin production this month, and will air sometime later this year.
The eight-episode series became Peacock’s #2 highest-reaching unscripted original freshman series, and is currently available to stream exclusively on Peacock. Cornell Haynes Jr., Ashanti Haynes, Tina Douglas, J Erving, Rebecca Quinn, Jennifer O’Connell, Nick Alarcon, Steve Michaels, Simon Thomas, Ariel Brozell, Oji Singletary and Asabi Lee all serve as executive producers.
