Oasis fans demand heartfelt apology from Liam Gallagher

Liam, who recently reunited with his brother Noel Gallagher, sent X, formerly Twitter, into a frenzy earlier today (October 1), as he tweeted to his 3.8 million followers: “Big announcement coming soon keep your eyes peeled.”

The Wonderwall star continued to keep fans on the edge of their seats (and phones) as moments later, he also wrote: “Ready”, “Shall I give you another 5 mins”.

Oasis fans tell Liam Gallagher ‘stop p***ing about’

At first, it seemed many fans thought Oasis 26 dates were going to be confirmed following their recent sell-out reunion tour, while others thought Liam was going to reveal his “retirement”.

Someone commented underneath one of Liam’s tweets: “Please let it be some more dates for next year, and this time (eyes to the heavens) please, please let me get tickets.”

Another added: “Oh no!!! Another day on ticket master!!! LETS HAVE IT!!”

This person joked: “plot twist oasis are breaking up again.”

But Liam then shared “Rite this is it we’re going in” before announcing: “I AM THE F***ING B****CKS”.

A Brief History of Oasis

Oasis fans were not too happy after he failed to declare that something “big” really was on the way for the band, and it’s not the first time.

“You always do this right before an official announcement. We’ll wait patiently,” one account on X said.

A second user asked: “Give us the dates Liam stop p***ing about.”

This unamused follower put: “i took my break at work to see this announcement thanks x.”
