Peacock’s new TV and movie releases for January 5-11, 2026, include The Traitors Season 4 three-episode premiere and The Hunting Party Season 2 premiere.
The first three episodes of The Traitors Season 4 drop on Peacock on January 8, 2026. Hosted by returning host Alan Cumming, the upcoming season will feature 23 new contestants. The contestants this time include returning contestant Dorinda Medley, Love Island: Aftersun host Maura Higgins, and Travis and Jason Kelce’s mother, Donna Kelce.
The Hunting Party Season 2 premieres on Peacock on January 9, 2026, one day after it airs on NBC. The crime drama series follows a group of investigators who work to capture the United States’ most dangerous killers, who have escaped from a top-secret prison that isn’t supposed to exist.
Also dropping on Peacock this week are the first two seasons of DreamWorks Animation’s The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants. The animated show is based on Dav Pilkey’s Captain Underpants children’s novel series. A standalone sequel to the 2017 animated feature, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, the show follows best friends, pranksters, and aspiring comic book artists, George and Harold, who are responsible for turning their strict school principal, Mr. Krupp, into a superhero who wears nothing but a cape and underwear.
