A Health and Wellness Shop held its soft opening in the Steiner Ranch community in mid-December, offering items for lifestyle management, such as supplements, healthy snacks, vitamins, clean beauty products and more.

The shop is owned by Audra Smith, who was a college track and field coach for 15 years after her time as a college athlete.
“Now I am taking all of my knowledge and experience into a new adventure that will help so many people in our community,” Smith said in an email.
The business plans to hold its grand opening Jan. 4 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
