Kris Jenner celebrated her 70th birthday in Beverly Hills on Saturday – and invited several celebrities, including Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, Oprah Winfrey and Mariah Carey
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry joined a parade of celebrities attending Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex looked elegant as they arrived at the exclusive event, which was reportedly held at Jeff Bezos’ and Lauren Sanchez’s $165 million mansion. Meghan was all smiles as she arrived at the party, holding Harry‘s hand, while the prince had a more serious facial expression.
For the occasion, the former Suits actress wore a skintight black top paired with a wrap skirt that showed one of her legs. She completed her look with black heels and a black bag – and also had statement earrings on.

Harry opted for a classic look with a black tuxedo, a white shirt and a bow tie to honor the party’s James Bond theme. He also wore a poppy in honor of Remembrance Day, a memorial day observed on November 11 to recall the end of the First World War and remember armed forces members who died in the line of duty.
Insiders said TV cameras would not be present at the bash, which was attended by around 300 guests. Reports say a music star was due to perform at the party. Kris was spotted arriving at the mansion in a strapless red gown paired with dazzling drop earrings, while her partner, Corey Gamble, donned a black t-shirt and matching trousers.
Kim Kardashian, who informed fans that she has just failed her bar exam, glammed up for the night and wore a royal purple dress to celebrate her mom’s birthday. An unconfirmed claim was shared by TMZ on Friday claiming that Kris and Corey were using her party as a decoy for a surprise wedding after their 11-year romance.
Kris and four of her daughters – Kim and Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie and Kendall Jenner – all attended Jeff and Lauren’s wedding in Venice, Italy, in June. Other celebrities seen arriving at the birthday party were Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King, Mariah Carey, Adele and Snoop Dogg.
Bill Gates was seen arriving with a wrapped gift in hand. Other celebrities at the party included Tyler Perry, will.i.am and Martha Stewart. Kris actually turned 70 on Wednesday, but held her party on Saturday.
A fan of themed parties, Kris celebrated her 60th birthday 10 years ago with a 1920s-inspired Great Gatsby-themed party that was reported to have cost her $2 million. The party, then organized by her kids on a studio lot in West Hollywood, was attended by the likes of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, designer Riccardo Tisci, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, Boy George, Melanie Griffith, Olivier Rousteing, Lisa Rinna and Kim’s now ex-husband, Kanye West.
A classy black invitation with silver lettering leaked at the time. It read, “Because we love her… Please share in our excitement at a special birthday celebration.”
