Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 11, 2026
Worsening condition
Molly wakes up after collapsing with pain and tells Cody that it was because of her endometriosis. While they wait for the doctor at the hospital, he asks her about the condition, but Molly brushes it off. She then meets the doctor, who reveals that endometriosis has worsened and suggests surgery. Molly asks her to discuss it later since Cody is waiting.
Outside, Cody stumbles into Felicia and learns about endometriosis from her. He wonders whether he can do something to help Molly, but Felicia asks him to be just supportive.
Dante’s Conflicted
Dante arrives at the hospital to get treated after Sonny’s dog, Fizz, bit him. He explains that he wasn’t paying attention to the dog because he was distracted by thoughts of Lulu and Nathan. Dante wonders if he missed his chance to be with Lulu. Liz encourages him to take his shot, but he doesn’t want to risk Lulu’s happiness. On his way out, Dante urges Liz to be cautious about Ric.
A friendly advice
Alexis and Sonny run into each other outside Bobbie’s. After learning that he is there to meet Ric, she questions whether he’s going to fire Diane. Sonny clarifies that Ric will handle only a certain part of his business, but Alexis advises against it.
Soon, Justine arrives and heads to Alexis’s table. Ric is surprised that Sonny and Justine avoided each other, but the mob boss says he is just keeping a distance from her. Sonny then asks his brother if he wants to continue working with him. Ric assures that he won’t double-cross him, saying he’s trying to be a better person and a better father.
Follow your heart
Tracy asks Lulu how they can get rid of Sidwell from Deception. Lulu then explains her situation with Maxie and says that she can’t risk interfering in the business. Tracy says that Maxie has chosen to move on with Spinelli and urges Lulu to follow her heart and focus on being happy. Listening to her advice, Lulu thinks of Luke. Later, she calls Nathan and asks him out on a date.
Something’s off
Nathan takes James to the baseball practice range. Seeing his father distracted, James asks if he’s thinking about splitting up from Maxie. Nathan asks his son not to worry about it.
Soon, Kai also shows up to help James. The little boy tells Kai that his father is great at baseball and asks his dad to show him his swing. Nathan tries to avoid it, but James insists. To James’s surprise, Nathan strikes out.
