Can we even consider it Christmastime if Mariah Carey isn’t spotted shopping in endless designer shawls and furs? But this year, the looks are extra special as more celebrities take to the quaint Aspen streets in their finest winter outfits.
So far, Carey was seen between stores like Gucci and Moncler. She was spotted first in a thick Louis Vuitton scarf, a shearling LV poncho, and black leather Chanel gloves. She was later seen in poncho-style scarves from both Prada and Fendi, making her collection unmatched and iconic, especially considering that she changed multiple times throughout a single day to show it off.
Other celebrities, such as Future, Kyle Richards, and Shay Mitchell, were spotted along the streets of Aspen in fur coats and lug-soled boots. Richards put a western spin on her look (wearing a hat that is about as common in Aspen as fur is) while Shay Mitchell wore a blue shearling lined Chloé coat. And Future showed off his layering skills, pairing leather pants with a leather-lined shearling coat, all tucked neatly into UGG-like boots for the most amazing off-duty look I have seen in the state. I’m copying him asap.

Meanwhile, St Regis Hotels hosted its 2025 Polo Championship, and as the only Snow Polo tournament in North America, the guests were next level. Decked out in sunnies, the likes of Colman Domingo, Goldie Hawn, and Kurt Russell mingled in the snow, showing off their head-to-toe looks. Winter wear does even better when it’s put to the test, as these celebrities are proving.
