HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched a tender for light refreshment concessions at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2.
The contract covers a space in the Departures Check-in Hall on Level 7, with operations expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
The successful operator will be required to design, build and manage a 46-65sq m premium food kiosk located in the centre of a 400-seat food hub, with plumbing and drainage provisions included.
