What final ABC season is on Netflix today?
The Conners Season 7 is officially on Netflix beginning today. The series’ seventh and final season joins the previous six seasons on the show, and makes the entirety of the show available to watch now. The Conners is a spin-off series that follows the Conners, a working-class family in Lanford, Illinois. The story revolves around their everyday struggles like finances, relationships, and parenting after the sudden death of matriarch Roseanne.
As a result, ABC ordered a spin-off, which retained some of the show’s original cast. The Conners features several stars reprising their roles from the original series, including John Goodman as Dan Conner, Laurie Metcalf as Jackie Harris-Goldufski, Sara Gilbert as Darlene Conner-Olinsky, Lecy Goranson as Becky Conner-Healy, Michael Fishman as D.J. Conner, Johnny Galecki as David Healy, and more.
Recurring guests on the show include Katey Sagal, James Pickens Jr., Rene Rosado, Estelle Parsons, Natalie West, Matthew Broderick, and more.
The series is developed by Bruce Helford, Bruce Rasmussen, and Dave Caplan. It premiered on October 16, 2018, and concluded on April 23, 2025, with two back-to-back episodes. By the end of its run, it had seven seasons, totaling 112 episodes.
The original sitcom Roseanne was created by Roseanne Barr and Matt Williams. It ran for nine seasons from 1988 to 1996. The creators revived the show in 2018, continuing the story more than twenty years after the finale. The show was brought back for an 11th season, but due to controversy stemming from tweets Barr made at the time, the show was subsequently canceled.
