HBO Max has shared the official trailer for Finding Harry, the upcoming special that offers fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of HBO’s Harry Potter TV series. The special is scheduled to start streaming on April 5 at 3 p.m. ET/noon PT and will also air on HBO that day at 8 p.m. ET/PT. This comes ahead of the show’s long-awaited debut later this year on Christmas.

The HBO Max adaptation is written and executive-produced by Francesca Gardiner, based on J.K. Rowling’s beloved book series. Mark Mylod is executive producing and directing multiple episodes of the series for HBO in association with Brontë Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television. Executive producers are Rowling, Neil Blair, and Ruth Kenley-Letts of Brontë Film and TV, and David Heyman of Heyday Films. The show is expected to last for ten seasons, with the intention of staying faithful to the source material.
