Elon Musk-owned Twitter back after global outage

Elon Musk-owned social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) is back online after a brief widespread outage. The Twitter outage affected thousands of users across the US and parts of UK. As per outage tracking website Downdetetcor, almost 16,000 users reported issues around 9:52 a.m. ET, with problems ranging from app crashes and website loading failures to broken direct messaging and server errors. Roughly 53% of complaints came from mobile app users, while 41% were from desktop users.By 10:15 a.m., the number of reports had dropped significantly, suggesting that services were gradually being restored. Service began to return to normal for most users within 30 to 45 minutes, with Downdetector showing a rapid decline in reported issues. By mid-morning ET, connectivity was largely restored.X has not issued an official statement explaining the cause of the disruption.
