How many Domino’s stores are there across the UK and Ireland?
After opening its first UK store in Luton in 1985, Domino’s now operates 1300 branches across the British Isles.
The real beginning for the company goes all the way back to 1960, when Tom and James Monaghan opened the first “DomiNick’s” store in Michigan.
The brand states: “After opening across the pond in 1985, with the first UK Domino’s store in Luton, Domino’s today has over 1300 stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland, serving more than 112 million freshly handcrafted pizzas a year.”
It added: “While some things about Domino’s have changed in the last 60+ years, the simple founding ambition remains the same – to deliver piping hot, freshly made pizzas to our customers’ doors in as quick a time as safely possible, while being a good neighbour in the local community.”
