Celebrities Protest ICE on Grammy Awards 2026 Red Carpet, PHOTOS

At the 2026 Grammy Awards, held Sunday in Los Angeles, the red carpet turned into a platform for protest. Many attendees, including Joni Mitchell, Margo Price and Kehlani, sported “Ice Out” pins, a statement against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) policies.

The “Ice Out” pins have been worn by other celebrities throughout awards season, including Ariana Grande, Natalie Portman, Jean Smart, Olivia Wilde, Natasha Lyonne, and others who have shown their support for ongoing protests against ICE officers in Minnesota and across the country. In early January, a large federal immigration operation in the Twin Cities culminated in the fatal shooting of 37‑year‑old Renee Good by an ICE agent in south Minneapolis, an incident captured on video and now under investigation amid conflicting official accounts and intense public outrage. Her killing, alongside the recent death of Alex Perri during the same wave of aggressive enforcement operations, has galvanized protests, school walkouts, and nightly vigils, turning Minneapolis into a focal point of national anger over deportation from the ICE operations.

Here, take a look at the celebrities who protested against ICE on the Grammys 2026 red carpet.
