Hong Kong China men’s and women’s 7s teams are also again in the thick of the action as they take on China and Japan and Kazakhstan and Thailand respectively, as the weekend once again showcases the best of Asian sevens in the Melrose Claymores competition.
As if over 70 world-class rugby sevens matches weren’t enough, the weekend promises cultural performances and live music in-stadium from UK rockers Kaiser Chiefs, DJ Pete Tong, GALA and more. Fifteen local bands and six different DJ acts will entertain the crowds in the event’s new Fan Village over Hong Kong’s biggest party weekend.
