很多朋友都輕視睡眠，因其壞處和好處皆非即時可見，故在生活中最易被犧牲。通常是直至經歷過身體「冧檔」後，才明白睡眠對健康的超級重要性。早睡，是最簡單、最直接的養生，但也是最難堅持的自律。 最近，四十四歲天后蔡依林，分享近年雷打不動的作息律條——堅持「晚上九點半入睡」——終於有名人走出來講睡眠的重要性，實在太好了。這份堅持的背後，是一場健康危機帶來的覺悟。一八年，她因長期熬夜免疫力下降，罹患帶狀疱疹（俗稱生蛇），劇痛讓她重新審視睡眠的價值。蔡坦言，生蛇前每天熬夜，是玩到清晨六點、睡到下午的夜貓族，然而病痛突襲，身體即響警號。帶狀疱疹是由水痘帶狀疱疹病毒引起，會潛伏人體神經節內，當免疫系統變弱時（如壓力大、睡眠不足），病毒會被激活，沿神經綫引發紅疹和劇痛，在疼痛評分中通常達八至十分，屬於極度劇烈級別。 未經歷過身體處於崩壞或崩壞邊緣的人，往往會把睡覺放在最least priority的項目。相信很多人一聽到九點半要瞓覺，本能反應是嗌「無可能！」那也可理解的，生活在香港，沒幾個人能晚上九點半就能入睡。但十點半呢？十一點半呢？十二點前睡覺是天方夜譚？真的「身不由己」？或許只是自己願意與否的問題。我以前也是「夜鬼」，無論工作或玩樂，凌晨三、四點才睡真是閒閒哋。但在身體冧檔邊緣的那一刻，你願意拒絕任何要你熬夜的工作和玩樂，人生只有一個目標：就是盡全力重整自己的作息節奏和修復自己的健康。現在的我，無論多忙，十二點前一定睡覺，有時十點半到十一點，已跟周公子來個早會。對比起年輕的照片，現在的我，狀態和心態都好得多。 睡眠是身體最基礎的免疫防綫。與其等到健康亮起紅燈才補救，不如從今天開始，學習把睡眠變成自己晚上top priority的堅持，給身體一個深度修復的機會。睡眠是健康的關鍵，優質的睡眠才能夠有優質的人生。莫等冧檔才後悔。 撰文 : 利嘉敏 欄名 : 攻關女子 Source link
