Buy Local Braselton celebrated the first anniversary and ribbon cutting of 4D Lifestyle Health & Wellness, a locally owned studio redefining what it means to live well in Braselton. It is located at 7380 Spout Springs Rd in the Clearwater Crossing shopping center in Braselton West.
Founded by former athlete, firefighter and EMT, Deandre Carroll, 4D LHW was built on a lifelong passion for training, performance and helping others reach their full potential. After a decade of experience as a certified trainer, he opened 4D LHW to provide a more holistic and personalized approach to health.
“At 4D Lifestyle, we believe we’re all athletes competing in the sport of life — and longevity is the ultimate win,” said Coach Dre. “Our goal is to help clients not just live longer, but move better, feel stronger and experience true functional longevity.”
The studio’s name and philosophy are centered on the four dimensions of health and wellness — Mental, Physical, Nutrition and Recovery. Through customized private and semi-private fitness programs, 4D LHW helps clients reach measurable, sustainable results in every aspect of their wellness journey.
What truly sets 4D Lifestyle Health & Wellness apart is its commitment to total well-being. In the coming year, the business will expand with the launch of its new 4D Recovery Lounge, featuring sports massage and stretch recovery sessions to help clients recharge and restore balance.
“Being part of the Braselton business community has been a dream come true,” said Carroll. “This is a vibrant town filled with people who value health, wellness and connection — and we’re grateful to be growing right here.”
The Buy Local Braselton ribbon-cutting ceremony honored 4D Lifestyle’s first successful year and its ongoing contributions to the local community. The celebration recognized not only the business’s growth but also its impact on helping residents embrace a lifestyle where ‘your health is your wealth.’
