雖然中秋已過，但在職場上，中秋未必看得出誰是好老細，但一定可照得出跟着哪個老闆無運行。 中秋節在香港普遍有個不成文規定，就是正日大概會在下午三、四時提早放工過節，因這是大節最重團圓。但年輕友人A呻：「中秋當日要做到晚上六時半才放工。」我奇怪：「你老闆都應該想早放啦！無理由大時大節辛苦自己又辛苦下屬！」友人無奈答道：「傻啦，她當然無辛苦自己，一早三點鐘就鬆人，留低繼續工作的，只有下屬。」 我以為老細自己工作狂，大時大節自己想開工要求員工都一樣，已夠過分，殊不知有人做得出自己一早大搖大擺地走先、卻留下員工埋頭苦幹，簡直無言以對。有老細如此「寬以待己、嚴以律人」，跟着她無運行。長期在這種「時差式寬待」下工作，腎上腺素會像被反覆拉扯的橡筋，終將失去彈性。 友人B亦提供另一單笑料：中秋過後，其老闆拎來兩盒月餅，笑吟吟說：「請大家食！」語氣慷慨如分封諸侯。明眼人一瞧便知–這定是家中堆積如山的節後剩餘物資，自己「食唔晒」才當公司員工是「月餅回收箱」。看見老闆cheap得那麼明顯（只有他本人不覺），全辦公室默契地集體患上月餅厭食症，任那兩盒月餅在茶水間變成職場擺設。 節慶是照妖鏡，三流老闆總在細節處露出馬腳，節後拎來家裏的滯銷貨，還要演繹成「施捨式福利」皇恩浩蕩，可算是刻薄2.0。聰明的管理者懂得以節慶凝聚人心，短視者卻連月餅的時效都計到盡，這種行為，讓員工在背後藐視和耻笑。所以，時節見人心，雖說但願人長久，千里共嬋娟，但若遇上這等老闆，長遠來說無運行，還是更新求職履歷、待時機成熟另謀高就為妙。畢竟，職場的月光，照得亮前途，也照得清誰不值得你浪費青春。 撰文 : 利嘉敏 欄名 : 攻關女子 Source link
