The company also announced plans to invest £40 billion in the UK between 2025 and 2027.

This will include new fulfilment centres and delivery stations, plus upgrades to its network of more than 100 UK operations sites.

This includes 2,000 roles at a new fulfilment centre in Hull and another 2,000 at a site in Northampton.
