Terminator fans can look forward to an exciting crossover with Call of Duty in the coming weeks. Activision has announced a new collaboration with the iconic sci-fi franchise in Call of Duty: Mobile. The game’s upcoming season will add plenty of Terminator 2-related content ahead of the 1991 sequel’s rerelease in theaters this year.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 is adding both the T-800 and T-1000 Terminator models to its store in the update. The Terminator – It Goes Two pack will include the two operator skins, with those who unlock it getting an instant upgrade to Legendary quality. They also come with bonuses like a Kill Counter switch and a new lobby animation when switching between the skins.
Players will also be able to unlock the T-800’s HS0405 Shotgun and the T-1000’s BP50 Mimetic Execution. A new trailer for the upcoming season has been released. Check below:
From new modes to Nuketown, Season 7 has plenty beyond Terminator
Terminators are not the only thing coming in the new COD Mobile update. Activision also revealed that the update will add many new multiplayer modes, a refresh of the Nuketown map, a new Battle Royale mode, new seasonal events, and two new battle passes.
Here is everything new coming to Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 – Terminated:
- Operator Skill Overdrive (multiplayer mode) – Free-for-all party mode with collectible Operator Skills.
- Hardpoint: Mayhem (multiplayer mode) – Faster-paced Hardpoint with role-based objectives
- Nuketown Map Refresh – Nuketown gets upgraded lighting, materials, and other details based on the COD Black Ops 6 version.
- Lockdown (new Battle Royale mode) – Objective-based mode set on Rebirth Island with rotating scoring zones.
- Terminator 2: Judgment Day Themed Event – Players can earn Cyberdyne Tech points for completing 2 tasks per day and earn over 15 Epic quality T2-themed rewards.
- Arcade Event – New rewards coming to Arcade mode.
- COD Points Rush – Players can complete weekly missions to earn time-limited COD Points.
- Terminated Battle Pass – Terminator 2-themed Battle Pass with unique rewards.
- Season 7 Challenge Pass – Players can earn tokens for completing missions.
The Terminated Battle Pass includes three free and premium items, including Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, and COD Points. The Battle Pass also includes free tiers, while the Premium Pass includes skins like Ether — Cyborg Rebel, Demir — The Mech Hunter, Ripper — Broadcast, and a Synaptic Reskin.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 – Terminated will launch on August 5 at 5 PM PT. Terminator 2: Judgement Day will be rereleased in theaters from August 28 to September 2, 2026.
