Kris Jenner is no stranger to gossip, but she draws the line at total nonsense.
The reality-TV star and resident “momager” debunked recent speculation about her cosmetic surgery during an episode on the “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast released Wednesday, April 29.
“The first thing I have to do as a manager and somebody who’s running these businesses … is make sure what’s going on,” Jenner told host and daughter Khloé Kardashian. “Sometimes, waking up to some of the craziest stuff is jolting.”
Jenner, 70, has carved out a multimedia empire with her celebrity children – Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Rob Kardashian – over the past two decades. After the breakout success of their E! reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the Kardashian clan embedded themselves in pop culture, thanks in part to several lucrative business ventures, including makeup brand Kylie Cosmetics, shapewear line Skims and denim maker Good American.
“It’s running a well-oiled machine,” said Jenner, explaining that much of her work requires her to be online. “At the same time, when I’m doing that, [I] come across the craziest [stuff].”
Jenner said the most recent rumor about herself that shocked her was that she “hates” her facelift and is “furious” with her doctor because of the procedure.
Media reports emerged earlier this month that Jenner was dissatisfied with the “fading” quality of her facelift and was “desperate to get a revision” after working with plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine.

“[It’s] truly driving me crazy,” said Jenner, calling the rumor a “flat-out lie.”
“I love my facelift. I adore my doctor,” Jenner continued. “I’m obsessed with him – one of the most talented, amazing men I’ve ever met and somebody who really put his heart and soul into what he did for me.”
Jenner said she initially didn’t plan on going public with her facelift, but scrutiny of her appearance at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez‘s wedding festivities last summer led to rampant speculation about the procedure, including the identity of the doctor who performed it.
“The only reason to even bring it up or say anything about it is because it’s really hurting someone else,” Jenner said. “I can take what people say. I have pretty thick skin, and I don’t really need to talk about this issue at all, except for the fact that someone else is involved.”
