Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has strengthened its presence in Asia with the appointment of Jocelyn Chow as a partner specializing in national security and antitrust in its Hong Kong office, the firm announced Tuesday. The move reflects the firm’s continued focus on regulatory and cross-border advisory work in the region.
Chow brings extensive experience in antitrust and trade matters, advising multinational corporations on compliance counseling, internal investigations and government-led enforcement actions. Her work also spans complex regulatory transactions involving antitrust considerations, economic and trade sanctions, export and import controls, and foreign investment regulations, according to Bloomberg.
