The Spanish media were quick to react to Trent Alexander-Arnold’s showing for Real Madrid against Real Sociedad.
Real made it three La Liga wins in a row following their comfortable 4-1 victory over Sociedad on Saturday.
Gonzalo Garcia opened the scoring in the fifth minute, with Mikel Oyarzabal equalising in the 21st minute.
Vinicius Jr. restored his side’s advantage from the spot before Federico Valverde added a third.
The Brazilian converted another penalty to make it 4-1.
Alexander-Arnold played from the start before being taken off in the 60th minute.
His performance was one of his best in a Real shirt as he registered an assist and showed off his range of passing.
Alexander-Arnold produced a stunning delivery to pick out Garcia, who poked home from inside the box to give Real the lead.

The Englishman also completed eight long balls and recorded two key passes.
Spanish outlet Marca said ‘David Beckham returned to the Bernabeu’ in glowing praise of the 27-year-old.
They added: “Watching Trent Alexander-Arnold in action is like watching a Swiss watch in motion. Every pass, every line he draws seems inevitable and perfect.”
La Liga TV also highlighted his importance, saying: “Real Madrid must do everything to keep Trent healthy, that’s a game changer that can push you to title.”

Real boss Alvaro Arbeloa hailed Alexander-Arnold’s outing against Sociedad, describing his passing as ‘insane’.
“Trent is a very, very intelligent boy,” he said after his team’s victory. “He understood very quickly what we needed from him.
“He’s not your typical full-back that just holds the width, he can actually come inside and create, he can change positions, his passing is insane. Trent is so good.”
Alexander-Arnold has somewhat struggled to adapt to life in Spain following his transfer from Liverpool in the summer.
He’s had an injury-hit campaign, making just 13 appearances across all competitions.
But his performance against Sociedad is a glimpse of what he can provide to the team and when he is on form, he can be a match winner.
Real, meanwhile, climbed above Barcelona to top of the league ahead of their rival’s game at Girona on Sunday.
