Daredevil: Born Again star Wilson Bethel says that Season 2 of the MCU show is better than having your first kid.
Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 premieres on the Disney+ streaming service next month. A continuation of the Netflix Daredevil series, the show sees Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Bethel reprise their respective roles as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, and Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye.
What did Wilson Bethel say about Daredevil: Born Again Season 2?
Speaking at Rhode Island Comic Con 2025, via Altered Reality Entertainment and CritiX tv on YouTube, Bethel humorously said about Born Again Season 2, “Are there people out there who have been there for the birth of their first child? Anybody? [This is] better than that.”
The synopsis for Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 reads, “In season 2, Mayor Wilson Fisk crushes New York City underfoot as he hunts down public enemy number one, the Hell’s Kitchen vigilante known as Daredevil. But beneath the horned mask, Matt Murdock will try to fight back from the shadows to tear down the Kingpin’s corrupt empire and redeem his home. Resist. Rebel. Rebuild.”
Created by Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord, and Matt Corman, the cast of Born Again Season 2 also includes Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Ayelet Zurer as Vanesa Fisk, and Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, among others. Additionally, Krysten Ritter will be reprising her role as Jessica Jones in the new season, while Scream and Scooby-Doo star Matthew Lillard has been cast as a mysterious villain known as Mr. Charles.
Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ on March 24, 2026. The first season, as well as all three seasons of the Netflix show and The Defenders crossover miniseries, are currently available to watch on the streaming service.
