Conor Benn destroys Chris Eubank Jr. for stunning first victory in 35-year boxing rivalry

Conor Benn dominates Chris Eubank Jr. to defeat him by unanimous decision (119-107, 116-110, 118-108) in their rematch at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

Final round coming up. Eubank must get a knockout. Eubank comes out with a bit more urgency in the final frame, but it’s short-lived. Eubank lands a jab on Benn’s chin. Nice jab from Benn, that was the more powerful punch. Benn makes Eubank miss with a wide right hand. Nice stiff jab from Benn connecting on Eubank’s face. HARD RIGHT HAND! Down goes Eubank. Six minutes for Chris Eubank Jr. to turn this one around. I don’t think Eubank can win on points now. DAZN and social media have Benn even wider in front than Uncrowned’s 97-93 scorecard.

Left hook from Benn partially connects on Eubank. Eubank looks for a body shot-uppercut two-piece. Clean right lands on Eubank’s chin. Benn gets into punching range, lands with a shot and gets out before Eubank can counter. Benn continues to attack the body with both hands. This is masterful stuff from Benn.

Three rounds left in this one. Eubank catches Benn coming in with a left hook. Sharp jab connects for Benn and a one-two is the follow-up. Right hand downstairs fired from Benn. Combination goes Benn — jab downstairs, followed by a right-hand-left-hook. Brilliant stiff jab lands for Benn. This performance has been tremendous! Short right from Benn connects but he doesn’t get greedy; he pulls back out.

HARD one-two HURTS Eubank early in Round 9. Eubank misses with his one-two. Benn is pressuring Eubank and landing shots on the inside. Benn partially connects with a right hand. One-two from Benn connects downstairs. Nice body shot from Eubank. Some sharp, short shots for Conor on the inside. He is still the more active of the two. Benn is attacking Eubank with wide right hands early in the seventh. Benn’s body work has been great tonight. One-two from Benn, Eubank attempts a counter but falls short. Eubank swings with a right and misses. Nice right hand connects for Benn. Benn’s feints and head movement have served him very well. Right hand to the body connects for Benn. They exchanged left hands early in the sixth. Right hand from Eubank, Benn counters with a left hook. Body stab from Benn. Right hand downstairs from Benn, Eubank counters with his own backhand. Another body attack goes Benn. Benn fires a right onto Eubank’s chin. Eubank had a good start to the round with his jab. Benn has come back well, though.

Into the fifth round. Eubank needs to change the momentum in this fight. Nice jab from Eubank. Benn fires downstairs with a right. Combination from Benn is blocked and Eubank counters with a left hook. Benn with a sharp jab. One-two from Benn in the final minute. They trade jabs in the final 40 seconds on multiple occasions. Nice work from Eubank twice with the counter right but Benn got a right hand in too. Close round!

Benn leads 25-15 in landed punches through 3 rounds.

Work from both men on the inside early in the fourth. BRILLIANT right for Benn lands flush on Eubank’s chin.

Nice jab for Benn to Eubank’s head and body. Right hand connects for Benn, Eubank fires back. The commentary team believes that this fight could be running away from Eubank, and the momentum is in Benn’s favor.

Body shot from Benn lands. Nice straight shot for Benn breaks the guard. His jab has been good in this round. Benn pops Eubank’s head back with a jab. Benn fires a one-two into Eubank. Benn is the one forcing the pace and pouring the pressure onto Eubank and ends the round with a right hand.
