The East of England Co-op on High Street in Walton, Felixstowe is home to the locker which has rapidly become the company’s busiest drop-off and collection point.
Since joining the network in July, the locker has been outpacing others across the UK, reflecting a strong demand for 24/7 parcel services.
Social media influencer Abi Nunn celebrated this achievement by visiting the site with a party hat, a party popper, and a blue cake.
Evri, which has seen a 437 per cent rise in locker usage since the beginning of the year, said that the popularity of this locker is part of a wider trend of consumers adopting alternative delivery methods.
Liam Rogan, head of out of home at Evri Group, said: “We’re giving a shoutout to this hardworking locker which is officially the busiest locker for Evri parcels.
“This locker topping our national league table shows the real shift to flexible, secure delivery.”
