28 Oct – Stars recently flocked to the hospital, following news that Hong Kong veteran actor Benz Hui is now in critical condition.
Actors like Bosco Wong, Raymond Lam, Ron Ng, Roger Kwok, Bobby Au Yeung, Edwin Siu and Priscilla Wong, as well as Benjamin Yuen were among the many TVB alum who were seen at the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital to visit Benz, raising concerns about his condition.
They stayed briefly, each with a serious expression, and did not reveal Benz’s condition.
Charmaine Sheh, who has worked with Benz in several dramas including “Line Walker” and “You’re Hired”, was also asked about the actor in a recent interview with the media. The actress, who admitted to have seen Benz, declined to share much, saying that she leaves it all to his family to talk about it.
Asked when did Benz first started feeling unwell, she responded, “That’s for his family to talk about.”
The news of Benz’s suspected critical condition shocked many, as he seemed fine in many of his videos on social media, which was shared as late as a week ago.
