It’s matchday three in the UEFA Youth League for Real Madrid’s Under-19s this afternoon. The team coached by Julián López de Lerma face Juventus as they chase a third victory in the competition and a place near the summit of the table (4:00 pm CEST).
Our academy outfit have enjoyed a flawless start to the campaign, winning every single game so far. In the Youth League, they’ve seen off Olympique Marseille (3-2) and Kairat Almaty (1-4); while in the league, they’ve won five in a row, most recently coming past Unión Adarve (4-0) last weekend.
Juventus
The Italian side on the other hand will be looking for their first three points in the competition. Today’s opponents have lost to Borussia Dortmund (2-3) and Villarreal (1-0) in their opening two games.
