Target’s newest designer collaboration just dropped, and it’s with none other than Pennsylvania-born brand Woolrich. Woolrich has been around since 1830, and the brand prides itself on creating purposeful pieces that are stylish and durable for both outdoor and urban settings. Now it’s bringing its functional fashion ethos to Target. 

I had the privilege of previewing the Woolrich x Target collection, which isn’t limited to clothing—you can shop home decor, outdoor gear, and even food items. After looking through the racks of fuzzy cardigans, warm vests, and reliable quilted jackets, I can confidently say that these pieces are worth adding to your closet for fall and winter, and now’s your chance to snag them at Target’s affordable prices.

One of my favorite pieces I tried from this collection is these mid-rise cargo pants. The denim is substantial and doesn’t feel flimsy, but it isn’t too stiff either, offering the right amount of structure and tailoring. I styled them with the long-sleeve plaid flannel button-down, and I can easily see this being a go-to OOTD for me straight into winter. I’m already a huge fan of barrel-leg jeans, and these offer just the right fit that’s roomy and flattering. 

Buffalo Check Long-Sleeve Utility Midi Shirtdress

I knew I had to review something featuring Woolrich’s iconic buffalo check print, and this shirtdress immediately caught my eye. Its midi-length hem, flowy long sleeves, and button-down front make it a piece I’ll be wearing for holiday outings and to the office. My favorite hidden detail is the convenient side pockets for quickly stowing my phone or keys. 

Quilted Jacket and Floral Vest

This versatile jacket and floral vest combo is a necessity in your coat closet. Both pieces can be snapped together to wear as one or worn separately. The jacket is my ideal weight for crisp fall weather, and the vest is a nice additional layer for when it gets colder. The vest is lined with soft fleece—a must-have on windy days. 

Loopy Yarn Sweater Vest

I love the fun nature of this loopy yarn sweater vest that adds a pop of texture to dresses and long-sleeve tops. It’s extremely soft and warm thanks to a wool-blend jersey fabric, and it has a nice stretch to it, so it’s easy to layer. The hemline hits below the waist, and it instantly upgrades any outfit. If you’ve been toying with the idea of dabbling in the latest gorpcore trend, this outdoorsy vest is a fun piece to add to your collection. I recently wore it to the office with jeans and a long-sleeve top, and I couldn’t have been more comfortable or toasty warm. It’s definitely going to get plenty of attention in my closet this season.
