Town Quay is set to be closed from September 29 at 8am until October 3 at 5pm.
The restrictions are scheduled to remain in place all day, every day, during the closure.
This closure is being put in place for works being carried out by Northern Gas Networks.
Additionally, the A66 will see closures for two periods as part of works for the Workington Gateway Project.
The first closure is expected to occur from September 26 at 9pm until September 29 at 6am.
Work involves service diversions and carriageway widening.
The restrictions will be in place at all times during this period.
Following this, another closure on the A66 is set to take place from October 3 at 9pm until October 6 at 6am.
