From the 18th of last month to the beginning of this month, A and others are suspected of taking away mobile phones by threatening 15 students in Cheongju’s academy district. They were found to have earned about 17 million won by selling the stolen mobile phones as used devices.
It was investigated that A and others committed such crimes at the end of the academy class and mainly targeted middle school students younger than them.
The people they met at the juvenile center are known to have recidivism while under probation.
