An outage map on Downdetector showed reports of problems with Google Maps across multiple other cities Thursday, including Atlanta, Portland, Boston, New York and Los Angeles.

“Maps can tell where I am but can’t find an address or search anything. Phone on off. Uninstalled reinstalled. Nope same problem definitely down,” a user on Downdetector said in a comment around 2 p.m. Thursday.

It was not immediately known what the cause of the reported problems was.
