The 23 Best Fashion Deals at Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale

We’ve been covering Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale since it began, and the two standout categories are, by far, women’s apparel and beauty products. Deals writer Alexandra Polk has already written a guide to shopping the latter, so I’m here rounding up my top picks from the women’s section. After much scrolling, I suggest stocking up on essentials like bras, undies, or simple tees first. There are also quite a few nice shoe options from brands we like, including New Balance and Rothy’s. But as with Anniversary Sales past, the truly good deals in the apparel sections go fast — especially in neutrals like black and white — so don’t dillydally if you see something you like.

Natori’s “unicorn of undergarments” is always part of Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale — and this year it’s $45 and comes in charcoal gray, beige, and teal. (Size availability is quickly dwindling for the first two, though.)

This one “moves with your body” while providing lift, and it’s over 30 percent off in two colors.

I’m an American Trench fan. The brand’s socks are surprisingly breathable despite their thick sole and squishy upper part. This set of three is just $9 apiece.

Cloudlike socks from Barefoot Dreams because cozy feet are never out of season.

If you prefer a relaxed fit.

This scoopneck pointelle tee comes in sizes XXS through XXL.

Another elevated basic to prep your wardrobe for fall.

If you must wear jeans right now, make them the baggiest you can find.

It wouldn’t be a Nordstrom sale without a smattering of Zella’s reasonably priced athletic gear. These could easily past for Alo or Girlfriend Collective, in my opinion.

For those who have hopped on the nightgown train …

… and a piped pajama set for those who like to keep it classic. Still plenty of sizes available in navy, white, and an intriguing purpleish-pink hue.

Grossly out of season, but when else are you going to find such a good deal on a Lands’ End parka?

Our favorite pair of Rothy’s, the Square mary janes, is on sale for the lowest price we’ve ever seen. It’s sold out in most sizes in black, but there’s still plenty of stock left in leopard print and burgundy (seen here).

Simple but not boring slip-on sandals from Ecco.

I love pastel sneakers, so I would definitely get these New Balances if I didn’t already have a similar pair.

And a more subtly pink option.

G.H.Bass’s Weejun loafers are as classic as it gets. They’re our No. 1 pick because they are well made, break in beautifully, and last forever — but they don’t go on sale often, so buy now if you’ve been thinking about it.

The calf-height Frye boots are basically sold out, but all sizes are still available in this ankle-height bootie with nice-looking hardware.
