9 people injured in mass shooting at Riverfront Live in Cincinnati

Cincinnati police respond to an incident on Kellogg Avenue in East End neighborhood of Cincinnati early Sunday, March 1, 2026.

Nine people were injured in a shooting at an event happening at Riverfront Live on the border of East End and Linwood in Cincinnati early Sunday.

The injured people were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening, according to Adam Hennie, interim chief of the Cincinnati Police Department.

The call for the shooting came in about 1 a.m., Hennie said. The music venue in the 4300 block of Kellogg Avenue and the area around it were blocked off as police investigated at 3 a.m.

Police have not said anything about suspects or what led up to the shooting.

An event was in progress at the venue, Hennie said, but he did not say what it was. A description on the venue’s website lists it as a “nightlife concert venue.”
