1. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, which held three Michelin stars for 13 consecutive years until it closed for renovation in January this year, has made a triumphant return to Landmark in Central.

The new space has been expanded to 18,000 square feet (1,670 square metres) and features a temperature-controlled wine cellar that is four times larger than the original to reflect its impressive wine list.

Under executive chef Julien Tongourian, the restaurant showcases signature Robuchon dishes like Le Caviar Imperial, a dish featuring caviar with fresh crab, lobster jelly and cauliflower cream, and truffled langoustine ravioli.
