I think it’s a good idea.

I like it.

It’s just not a natural environment for them to be in.

By the end of the year, Virgin Australia will let small pets fly on some domestic flights.

The question is, what do people think?

It’s a tricky question.

If you were to do it, you should probably have a separate section, so you could have all the little pet lovers together as long as they are.

heads and not like huge dogs that are going to bite somebody on the plane, but you know, for us it’s different because it’s already like that in the United States, so everybody has a dog or two in their lap.

Yes, I think they should be allowed to fly as long as they’re not ruining the experience maybe for the other passengers because they’re a good travelling companion, and some people rely on them as company if they roll.

Yes, as long as they’re not like little yappy dogs that make a lot of noise.

I think as long as my seat is clean, then I don’t really care.

I think it’s pretty kind, I think it should be fine.

If it doesn’t hurt anyone, then go for it.

I would say probably.

It’s just not a natural environment for them to be in.

I know that some people can’t live without animals, so it would make sense.

To be honest, I am a pet lover.

I don’t mind at all, excited if a dog sat next to me.

I’d prefer that than a human, to be honest.

I mean, unless it’s like a dog that hasn’t been.

trained or domesticated really well.

It’s probably going to be a bit chaotic, but I’m sure they’ve got something in place for that, so I don’t.

I don’t mind if they’re not sitting next to you, so long as they’re not being crazy.

I mean, I don’t see why not.

So have the dog in the cabin, yeah, terrible, very hard.

If it’s a German shepherd, clearly not.

But if it’s a small one, a fox, yeah, maybe it’s not a big problem.

Honestly, no, um, only because if you have allergies that can be a very big problem.

I’m very allergic to cats, and that would be a big problem if there’s one sitting by me.

If they could restrict them to certain rows or certain areas, yes, then I think it’s fine.

Yes, because they’d get to be with their owners, obviously, but small puppies being in a cage.

For quite an amount of time.

No, yeah, sure, I don’t know, it’s not something I’ve ever thought about.

Of course, pets are like humans; so they should be allowed on air.
