Co-founded by Tammy Barr and Edgar Saakyan, BHFW is a platform that combines high fashion with sustainability and culture. This year’s festivities began on October 10th with an elegant opening night at Gravitas Private Club, an exclusive venue known for its architectural beauty. The evening featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Sharona Nazarian (Mayor of Beverly Hills), Todd Johnson (President of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce), Tammy Barr (CEO, Co-Founder, and Producer of BHFW), and Edgar Saakyan (Co-Founder and Media Producer of BHFW). Together, they formally inaugurated the second edition of BHFW, welcoming guests to a weekend that celebrated the creativity of Beverly Hills under the theme “Runway to Runway: Taking Fashion to New Heights.”
Guests at Gravitas included VIP and VVIP attendees, stylists, designers, influencers, press, and celebrity clientele. The primary runway occupied the ground floor with organized first class seating for attendees, while an exclusive upper-level lounge hosted a select group of 100 invited guests. The front-row crescent booth seating provided VIPs with an exclusive and immersive perspective of the show. Couture-clad “first class flight attendants” tended to passengers and pushed caviar and champagne carts to VIP guests. Among the featured designers at the show were Lenka Padysakova and Cristallini by Anlina Cirstea, ushering in the inclusivity of both established and luxury designers from around the world.

The second evening of BHFW 2025, held on October 11th, continued the celebration that began on opening night. Day 2 was hosted at the sprawling Villa Andalusia, a $50 million mansion owned by “Full House” creator Jeff Franklin and designed by architect Richard Landry. On this night, Ferrari of Beverly Hills partnered with BHFW and greeted guests in a motor court upon arrival. Once inside the villa, guests were able to enjoy panoramic views of Los Angeles stretching from the hills to the ocean. Here, lush landscaping and coves offered the perfect backdrop for the runway. As the sun set, a flight attendant’s voice was heard over the intercom instructing guests to be seated and ‘prepare for take off.’ A model appeared at the head of the runway, and the show opened under Tammy Barr’s creative direction for GoldBarr. The model acted upon the confirmation that she was ‘cleared for take off’ by removing an article of clothing each time she heard the words, somewhat reminiscent of tasteful burlesque or a classic Victoria’s Secret fashion show. A male model chased behind her, picking up discarded items of clothing as the final look of the first-class passenger model revealed the TIEKINI™ by GoldBarr. The collection drew attention from attendees for reimagining resort wear into something more functional and luxurious.
The third and final evening on October 12th was reserved for a private party, accessible only to select VIP guests and media partners. Hosted at a private, undisclosed Beverly Hills location, the night was the perfect end to the weekend’s festivities and proof of Barr’s contributions to the city of Beverly Hills and BHFW’s success. She has truly helped turn BHFW into a brand that represents the growing appeal of the Beverly Hills fashion scene.
Now in its second year, BHFW continues to expand its influence. The partnership between Barr, Saakyan, and the city’s business and cultural leaders demonstrates a shared goal of making Beverly Hills a destination for global fashion. Barr and her team are already exploring opportunities for international collaborations and partnerships that align with the event’s values to begin planning for next year’s edition and the new must-attend stop on the global fashion map.
