But moments into Saturday’s launch show, many viewers all had the same complaint as they slammed the “worst” line-up of BBC dance competition.
Some fans have said they were already “underwhelmed,” while others shared they were “out” before it “had even started”.
Viewers also complained they “hadn’t heard” of any of the contestants dressed head to toe in sparkles.

Contrastingly, some fans were in their element as the new Strictly series began, as someone said: “Don’t they look fabulous. Good evening to our 15 new celebrities.”

One commented: “I’m already obsessed with this year’s Contestants”.

For those who don’t know, Strictly is mainly filmed at Elstree Film and Television Studios in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

However, every year the series is also filmed in Blackpool for one week only, which sees the celebrities, professional dancers and judges make their way to the iconic northern seaside town to perform at the one and only Tower Ballroom.
