Many stores in the UK are operating at reduced hours during the May 2025 bank holiday
A bank holiday means that many people across the UK have an extra day off work to enjoy.
For some, this may mean doing their weekly food shop at the likes of Aldi, Tesco and M&S to stock up on all the essentials for the days ahead.
But many stores across the UK operate at different hours on Spring Bank Holiday with most opening later and closing earlier than on a normal weekday.
However, this does not mean that Brits will miss out on the chance to do some shopping as many supermarkets are still set to be open for around 10-hours today (Monday, May 26).
