The southbound U.S. 395 off-ramp to Parr Boulevard reopened over the weekend as construction progress continues on the Nevada Department of Transportation’s U.S. 395 North Valleys project.
Construction crews have been working since mid-July to reconstruct the highway in front of the interstate.
Drivers will still see periodic overnight closures due to periodic overnight closures of the ramp and other ramps in the area as construction continues, according to NDOT.
In the continuing months, crews will continue to focus on completing the paving and the construction to widened bridge decks.
Advisories:
- Northbound U.S. 395 remains reduced to two lanes 24/7 from Parr Boulevard to Golden Valley Road
- Highway lanes are slightly reduced in width and shifted
- Speeds are reduced to 55mph 24/7 through the work zone
Both northbound and southbound, U.S. 395 highway lanes will be reduced at different times.
