US Senator Ossoff will deliver Federal resources through the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs (OJP) with the goal of strengthening public safety, preventing violent crime, and keeping Georgia families safe.
“I am pleased to help deliver these public safety upgrades and resources for our Georgia law enforcement agencies. I remain committed to public safety for every community in Georgia,” Sen. Ossoff said.
Ossoff will deliver Federal grants to counties in Georgia, including Walker and Whitfield Counties. Whitfield County will receive $25,527 for drug testing supplies for Domestic Violence Court. Walker County is set to receive $15,595 for the Walker County Sheriff’s Office for equipment and technology.
