Despite this being the third time the Christmas Coffee Creme flavour has returned since its original axing, fans are still excited to see it hitting UK shelves once again.

Responding to the news on the Waitrose website, one chocolate fan said: “Every year I beg the makers of Quality Street to bring coffee creams back to their collection tins and boxes.
“So, to discover these is like 40 years of Christmases all coming together. They are absolutely delicious, with an intense coffee-flavoured hit.
“I don’t know why QS ever stopped making them. Merry, merry Christmas!”

The limited edition item is only available from Waitrose and John Lewis. With it already proving popular, you’ll have to be quick to snag a box for yourself.
The return of the Coffee Crème sweet comes after Quality Street owner Nestlé announced the arrival of a “mystery” chocolate to its range.
