The retail giant issued an urgent product recall about the 2pk Soother Clip – Baby Bear (Kimball no. 69489) and 2pk Soother Clip – Balloon (Kimball no. 80010).
Primark recalled the two products, used to secure a baby’s dummy to their clothing or prams, after discovering they don’t meet the requirements of British standard testing.
The Baby Bear soother clip was sold in Primark stores in the UK between June 2025 and August 2025 and the Balloon clip was sold between March 2025 and September 2025.

The retailer stated the products ‘do not meet our usual high safety standards’ and ‘are not fully compliant to the relevant safety standards specific to soother clips’.
In light of this, Primark is urging parents to stop using the products immediately.
Customers are urged to return the clips to any Primark store and can receive a full refund without needing to show proof of purchase.
Any customers who have further questions regarding the product should contact Customer Services via the email help.uk@help.primark.com
A Primark spokesman said: “We’re recalling the products pictured above due to a safety issue.
