A new Panda Express location could be coming to the Miami Valley.

The applicant, Texas-based Heights Venture, submitted plans for a Panda Express near the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek.

The application submitted to the city states that developers want approval for “a major modification” to the existing site to construct a 2,500-square-foot building. This would be at the former site of a PNC Bank branch at the intersection of Pentagon Boulevard and Fairfield Commons Boulevard.
The proposed Panda Express would have 50 parking spaces and a drive-thru with space for nine cars, according to documents submitted to Beavercreek’s planning commission.
The commission approved the plans at their Dec. 4 meeting. The plans will now go to the city council for final approval.
Panda Express currently has locations in Dayton, Washington Twp., Cedarville, and Springfield.
