我的第十本書出世了！那是我投放了最多精力去完成的一本書，將在今年書展與大家見面。 熟悉的朋友都知，我對「健康」課題的研究，比「公關」研究還要久、還要深入、還要投入，這本新書由天地圖書出版，把我最想講、最有興趣和最關心的課題寫出來–那就是中年健康，書名叫《逆齡生活日常》。 身為「資深中女」，我沒有資格教人重返十八廿二、零皺零斑的模樣。「逆齡」在此書是指內外回轉–內在五臟六腑、精氣神和骨骼質地「唔夠靚」，外在是無法靠一直無了期打botox或透明質酸而撑得住的。這本書真正想講的，是中年男女的健康。 觀察這城市，都市人普遍處理自己健康的方式，不離啪（啪藥）、打（打針）、切、割，但這只是「處理身體狀況」而非真正「重拾健康」。而在我自己身上和不少我接觸過的個案，一些奇難雜症，都並非靠啪打切割而得以痊癒的。 再看網絡，健康資訊氾濫，要不「靠嚇」，樣樣身體症狀在網上一check都變成「當心！可能是癌症！」，要不講完一大輪原來最後（或背後）是sell產品。究竟在健康資訊氾濫的年代，應如何保持人間清醒？值得探討。 此書取名《逆齡生活日常》，因為「日常」的健康問題是最值得關心、但卻往往被最多人忽略的，例如：為何有些人做極運動仍是虛（例如腎虛肺虛）？新冠後出現氣虛可以點？為何骨質疏鬆與樣貌有密切關係？想增加骨膠原，缺少甚麼步驟等如廢？三十四歲、六十歲和七十歲是身體和容貌斷崖式下降的關口，但為何有些人可以「頂得住」？Superfood真的那麼「super」？如何選擇Supplements？令體內細胞逆轉有甚麼關鍵因素？（當然首先要問的是，細胞逆轉有沒有可能？無的話，這條問題實屬「嘥氣」。） 還有其他日常的健康問題，我期待與志同道合的讀者在新書一同探索。《逆齡生活日常》全書十七萬字，七月十六日書展面世。 撰文 : 利嘉敏 欄名 : 攻關女子 Source link
