Oxford Flow, a specialist in flow control equipment, has relocated following a period of global growth and increased demand for its valves and regulators.
The 23,695 square foot facility consolidates the company’s three previous Oxfordshire sites into a single hub, housing engineering, production, commercial, research and development, and support functions.
Neil Poxon, chief executive of Oxford Flow, said: “This move is a milestone in our growth journey.
“By bringing our teams together under one roof, we’re creating the space and collaboration needed to accelerate innovation and deliver even greater value to our customers worldwide.
“The expanded facility not only strengthens our manufacturing capabilities but also provides room for our growing workforce to thrive.
“For our people, it’s an environment designed to spark ideas, build connections, and scale with our ambitions.
“For our customers, it means efficient delivery, higher quality, and a partner ready to grow with them.”
The site will strengthen the business’ UK manufacturing capabilities and ability to deliver products to customers on a global scale.
It accommodates Oxford Flow’s growing headcount of 60 and creates capacity for further recruitment as the company scales.
Oxford Flow has expanded its global headcount by more than 50 per cent since January and has doubled operational activity year-on-year from 2015 to 2023.
The company raised $25 million in Series C funding in late 2024.
