- Different processor to most 2026 flagships
Specifications for the Oppo Find X9 Pro have leaked, pointing to a flagship smartphone with one particular stand-out component.
Familiar tech tipster Digital Chat Station has posted some alleged specifications for the Pro follow-up to the Oppo Find X8 range on Chinese social network Weibo.
By far the most interesting specification here is a battery that passes the 7000mAh mark. Thus would be one of the largest on the market.
The OnePlus 13 impressed us earlier this year with its 6000mAh cell, considering most of its flagship rivals (like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra) stick at 5000mAh.
Only specialist gaming phones, like the Redmagic 10S Pro, have breached the 7000mAh mark this year.

Oppo Find X9 Pro specs
Enormous battery capacity aside, the Oppo Find X9 Pro will apparently feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with “2.5D”. This effect should be subtle, as the screen itself is described as flat.
It’ll also feature an advanced ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, both IP68 and IP69 certification, and 50W wireless charging.
Oppo’s new Pro phone should also feature a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, which could make it a major zoom contender.
Oppo Find X9 Pro performance and launch plans
The Oppo Find X9 Pro will also be powered by MediaTek’s forthcoming Dimensity 9500 SoC. We’ll be interested to see how that squares up to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, which is expected to power most flagship phones in 2026.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Oppo would launch four handsets in the Find X9 range, with the Oppo Find X9 Plus and Oppo Find X9 Ultra joining the Oppo Find X9 and Oppo Find X9 Pro. It’d be a more extensive flagship offering than the brand has offered in recent years, and a match for Samsung’s.
We’re expecting to see an Oppo Find X9’s launch in China towards the end of the year, possibly as soon as September.
