Nvidia, under pressure from U.S. and China, says its chips have no ‘back doors’

U.S. chipmaker Nvidia, newly cleared to export some AI chips to China, said it opposes any “kill switches” or “spyware” in its products, as it tries to avoid addressing pressures from the U.S. mid Trump administration proposals on how to slow China’s AI progress.
