JUST THE WHOLE BUILDING MOVING UP, DOWN, LEFT AND RIGHT. I DIDN’T REALLY KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WAS JUST KIND OF STANDING THERE SHOCKED BECAUSE I’VE NEVER BEEN IN AN EARTHQUAKE BEFORE. New Hampshire native living in California describes earthquake experience
A New Hampshire native who recently moved to Arcata, California, experienced a magnitude 7 earthquake that struck northern California on Thursday. Just the whole building up, down, left and right. I didn’t really know what to do. I was just kind of standing there shocked because I’ve never been in an earthquake before. I didn’t know what was going on,” Rhoades said.The earthquake is the largest to hit the U.S. this year.
