Natalie Portman just gave Gossip Girl‘s resident HBIC a run for her money. On Wednesday, the actress stepped out in New York while filming her upcoming romantic comedy, Good Sex.
Portman’s pairing of a pleated pussybow blouse with a black miniskirt and loafers gave off major Blair Waldorf vibes. The Black Swan star also added on miniature gold hoops, a Jacquemus handbag and retro cat-eye frames.

Leighton Meester portrayed queen bee Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl from 2007 to 2012. Known for her signature preppy style, the character frequently gravitated towards frilly tops, miniskirts, and bows.
Good Sex, directed by Girls creator Lena Dunham, is currently in production at Netflix. The film follows a 40-year-old couples therapist who finds herself single for the first time in years.

Earlier this week, one of Portman’s sons made a rare public appearance on a Twitch stream, resulting in a FaceTime call with the Oscar winner.
Portman’s 14-year-old Aleph recently met influencer Marlon LuGa on the streets of Paris.
“You know Star Wars? Padme Amidala? Well, that’s my mom,” Aleph said on Marlon’s Twitch stream. “Can you give a shoutout to my mom?”
Per Parade, after showing Marlon photos on his phone to verify that, indeed, Portman is his mom, Marlon responded in disbelief: “That’s your mom?” Aleph calmly confirmed, “Yeah, that’s my mom.”
The two then got Portman on FaceTime, with Aleph asking her, “Mom, do you want to say hi to Marlon?” The content creator then said, “Hi, I’m sorry for disturbing you, I just want to say hi real quick. I’m here with your son—we’re about to play a little football.”
Though she had trouble hearing him, Portman sweetly responded, “Nice to meet you. I hope you’re having a great day. Have a good one.” Marlon later confessed (but not within earshot of Aleph) that he had a big crush on Portman growing up.
“When I was growing up and used to watch Star Wars very heavily, she was my biggest crush,” Marlon said. “Very beautiful woman, very good son. I just want to respectfully say that. That’s insane.”
